Claims Manager

Jill began her insurance career 21 years ago as a commercial customer service representative and later as a claim representative.  Since she started with McGowan Insurance Group in 1993, Jill has served several key roles with the agency.

Jill has been the agency Claim Manager for the last eight years.  In this role, she serves as a liaison between our clients and the insurance companies and also strives to provide excellent claims service. 

Jill attained her Agents Property & Casualty license in 1988 and her Associate In Claims Designation in 2005.
